Everything Sourdough Crackers

Easy to make crackers that complete any charcuterie board or feed a hungry afternoon crowd. They taste just like your favorite bagel or mix it up with your favorite seed blend.

Everything Sourdough Crackers

Ingredients

  • 90 g Sourdough starter discard (daughter)
  • 25 g Whole wheat pastry flour
  • 50 g Flaxseed meal
  • 20 ml Olive oil
  • 2 g Celtic Sea salt
  • 11 g Everything bagel seasoning or a mix of seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350º and line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone baking sheet.

  2. In a bowl, add sourdough starter discard, flour, flaxseed meal, oil, salt, and seasoning or seeds. Stir together to combine

  3. Roll dough out with a rolling pin till paper thin and place on prepared baking sheet. Using a pastry cutter or pizza wheel score the dough into your desired shapes. Bake 15-18 minutes until crispy. Let cool on the baking sheet on a cooling rack for 15 minutes. Break apart and store in an air tight container for up to a week.
